Hash prompts and responses with SHA-256.
Record provider, model identifier, interface, timestamp, sampling settings, and prompt adaptations.
Require a source reference for every normalized comparison row.
Keep model claims separate from analyst interpretation.
Record unavailable systems and failed runs instead of silently omitting them.

Verified locally

The offline validator passed the empty scaffold, and three unit tests passed: valid packet acceptance, tampering detection, and mandatory evidence-reference enforcement.
